Had my apartment fitted with blinds today very happy with the look and the fit .Really makes my place homely .Great knowledge and help from all the people I dealt with

Whilst there were some teething issues during the initial phase of the service from Innovation blinds (the blinds we ordered were no longer available from the supplier), once this was resolved we found the company and the staff (in particular Matt and Craig) to be very helpful & professional. Moreover, the Venetian blinds we ordered look great, seem to be good quality and were significantly cheaper than some other quotes provided by competitors. We would recommend Innovation to others.

So pleased with my new shutter and would highly recommend Innovation. We had fantastic service from Craig who was friendly, helpful and efficient.

Innovation Blinds and Shutters provide exceptional after sales service. They supplied us with blinds over 7 years ago, in 2015. The blinds were excellent quality, but recently we started to have problems with the handles, so we got in touch with them to ask what could be done. This company is at the other end of the country to us, but Katie sorted out our problem without hesitation, despite having no obligation to do so. We would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Friendly helpful.
